A Tragic Orlando Motorcycle Accident
Sadly, according to News 13-Orlando, a 50-year-old man was killed after the motorcycle he was operating was hit by a garbage truck on December 29. According to the news outlet, Daryl Bernard and Brittany Haniff, 24, were on a motorcycle heading eastbound on Curry Ford Road, when a garbage truck tried to turn onto the southbound ramp of State Road 417 and struck them.
The news outlet reported that both motorcycle occupants were ejected from the bike and Bernard was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, which remains under investigation.
